Chrome controls issues fixed, many tweaks

The issues Chrome was having have been fixed now. With fixed, I mean no more controller support in the browser versions, and temporarily no controller support in the binaries until the next update.

Additionally, there have been level tweaks and graphics tweaks, with a new wall tileset for normal difficulty levels.
